Craig Curelop

Craig Curelop began his real estate journey as a house hacker in Denver, reaching financial independence in just 2.5 years after completing three co-living house hacks. After leaving his W2 role at BiggerPockets, he became a full-time real estate agent with a mission to inspire others to achieve the same success.

Craig has house hacked eight times and authored the book The House Hacking Strategy published by BiggerPockets. Since 2020, he has helped over 600 people close co-living deals in the greater Denver market and has helped thousands of investors build wealth through real estate across the country.

Today, Craig owns over 30 properties, is invested in multiple syndications, runs Denver’s number #1 investor-friendly realtor team and co-owns a co-living property management company called HomeCrew which manages over 500 units and makes well over six-figures per year. He also hosts the weekly podcast Invest2FI, is working on his third book, and coaches agents to build their own investor-friendly teams.

Grant Shipman

Grant Shipman is a pioneering figure in the co-living industry, with a journey spanning over two and a half decades. His experiences include involvement in communes, co-ops, and intentional living spaces.

In 2017, he founded Livingsmith, a co-living investment and property management company, leveraging strategies like using other people's money (OPM) and syndication to build his real estate portfolio without personal capital.

Grant achieved financial freedom within 15 months through co-living investments, consistently satisfying investors, lenders, staff, and renters. He is renowned for his unique approach to communal living and rental investment strategies, making him a leading expert in the field.

In 2019, he developed the first co-living training course and has authored several books on the subject.

His properties have maintained an impressive 97% occupancy rate, even during challenging times like the COVID-19 pandemic.

Grant is dedicated to guiding others through the complexities of co-living investment and management, ensuring success while avoiding common pitfalls. He resides in the Colorado Rocky Mountains with his wife Sarah and their children.
